Terms of use
These terms apply when you use the Mirel apps for iPhone, iPad and Mac and the private server Mirel creates for you. By using Mirel you agree to them. How we handle your data is described in the privacy policy.

The service
Mirel connects to email accounts you add, sorts your mail, keeps track of promises and replies you are owed, and suggests summaries and draft replies with AI. Mirel is in beta: features change, and it may occasionally be unavailable. It is free during the beta. If we introduce paid plans, we will tell you in advance and you decide whether to subscribe.
Your accounts and content
You may only connect mailboxes you are allowed to use. Your email stays yours; you give us permission to process it only as needed to run Mirel for you. You are responsible for keeping your device and app passwords safe.
AI suggestions
Summaries, promises, categories and drafts are generated automatically and can be wrong. Check them before relying on them. Mirel never sends an email without you pressing Send.
Fair use
Don't use Mirel to send spam or unlawful content, to access mailboxes that aren't yours, or to attack, overload or reverse-engineer the service. We may suspend servers that do.
Ending
You can stop at any time: Settings → Your data → Delete my Mirel data deletes your server and everything on it. We may end the beta or your access with reasonable notice, and immediately for serious breaches of these terms.
Liability
Mirel is provided as it is during the beta. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damage, lost profits or lost data, and our liability is limited to gross negligence and intent. Mandatory consumer protection rules in your country remain unaffected.
Apple
If you downloaded Mirel from the App Store, Apple's standard licensed application end user license agreement also applies. Apple is not responsible for Mirel or its support.
Changes and law
We may update these terms; significant changes are announced in the app. Swiss law applies. Place of jurisdiction is the operator's domicile in Switzerland, except where mandatory law gives you the right to sue at your own domicile.
